Solid company with excellent work

I had about 4 proposals for insulation in various points in my house. Innovative was right in the mix and had an immense amount of knowledge and ideas for my issues. I went back and forth many times deciding what I wanted and they stood by and answered all my questions patiently. The workers that came by to do the actual work were very impressive. They treated my home with respect and did a lot of messy work with no mess left behind. Highly recommend.

Prompt, good service.

Gary is always efficient and cordial. Unfortunately, we frequently need service- replacing multiple parts or entire units almost every year- which is frustrating. But Gary and our other technicians from Innovative Air are always professional, respectful of our home and good with repairs.

Today I arrived on site Steam Boiler Issue: Addressed a reported malfunction of the steam boiler. Heating System Zone: Confirmed the boiler supports the heating system zone. Fault Diagnosis: Identified a malfunctioning thermostat as the root cause. Resolution: Determined the thermostat needs to be replaced. Upon arriving at the property, the client explained to me that the heat is not turning on. I proceeded to verify the system. The tstat is not communicating with the boiler. I also found the spill switch when off. I showed it to the client and explained the system situation. I recommended the customer to consider replacing the Tstat. I also recommended that the client contact a chimney company to inspect the chimney draft. I presented the client with an estimate to replace the tstat. The client said that he will buy the tstat and install it by himself. The customer was left with heating temporarily. View visual findings from this job here - https://visionshare.xoi.io/?id=

Today I arrived on site to address the water leak reported from the roof. Issue Resolution: Identified the source of the leak as originating from the roof of the house. Confirmed the AHU is located in the Attic. Determined the fault: water leaking from the roof of the house. Upon arriving at the property, the housekeeper gave me access to the attic. The housekeeper explained to me that there is a water leak in the ceiling of one of the rooms on the 2nd floor. I proceeded to verify the situation of the water leak. I proceeded to verify x2 AHU with hydro coil in the attic. I found no signs of water leakage. I proceeded to check some places on the roof of the house in the vicinity of the AHus. I found a water leak coming from the roof of the house. I also found some spaces with water samples. Apparently there was previously a water leak in two different spaces on the roof of the house. Take some photos and videos to show the customer. Contact the client by phone to explain the
