Solid company with excellent work

I had about 4 proposals for insulation in various points in my house. Innovative was right in the mix and had an immense amount of knowledge and ideas for my issues. I went back and forth many times deciding what I wanted and they stood by and answered all my questions patiently. The workers that came by to do the actual work were very impressive. They treated my home with respect and did a lot of messy work with no mess left behind. Highly recommend.

Prompt, good service.

Gary is always efficient and cordial. Unfortunately, we frequently need service- replacing multiple parts or entire units almost every year- which is frustrating. But Gary and our other technicians from Innovative Air are always professional, respectful of our home and good with repairs.

Today I arrived on site Heating System Inspection:Addressed a heating issue in the master bedroom. Identified the zone as the 2nd-floor heating system. Temperature Adjustment:Found the master bedroom temperature sensor set to 68 degrees. Adjusted the set temperature to 70 degrees. Duct Cleaning:Performed a ductwork inspection. Duct cleaning need to be done. 1st floor and 2nd floor. Upon arriving at the property, the client explained to me that the master bed room does not reach enough heat. I found the air filter clogged. Replace the air filter with a new one provided by the customer. I also found temperature sensors installed in the rooms near the main tstat in the 2nd hallway. I explained to the client that the sensors are not necessary in the rooms near the tstat. Only a temp sensor is recommended in the master bed room which is far from the Tstat. The client also explained that he would like to add a return in the master bed room to improve the airflow recovery in the room.
